Nutrition Visits
One on One sessions
Initial session begins with a comprehensive assessment of your full medical history, weight history, diet background, current eating patterns, relationship with food, review of lab tests, medications and supplements, fitness routine, areas of concern and short term and long term goals. Based on your unique needs, we design a personalized action plan to meet your goals. My coaching sessions will give you the 1:1 attention you need to succeed. I also offer support in-between treatments to keep you feeling motivated, empowered, and confident.
Follow up sessions
We will work together to overcome any barriers and to celebrate your wins. We will monitor progress while we discuss habits, mindfulness, current challenges, and your accomplishments. Meal and recipe ideas will be provided to keep you on your path. I will teach you tools to become more confident and reach your health goals.

During every session, we review your goals, challenges and wins. During the initial session, we review a complete medical history, eating patterns, lifestyle, etc to create a plan that works for you. During follow ups, we re-visit that plan to assure that you are on the right track to meet your long health term goals.

As a Registered Dietitian, Shirlee has completed a 4 year Bachelors program in Clinical Nutrition from UC Davis, completed 1200 of supervised training hours through Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Dietetic Internship, passed a national board exam by the CDR, and completed a 2 year Masters program in Nutrition through Northeastern University.
