Because it’s not always about what you eat but a Because it’s not always about what you eat but also what you feed your mind. 
1) Get out of your pjs. Put on an outfit that makes you feel beautiful, fix you hair, pat on some lipstick, I promise it makes the world of a difference. 
2) see the fun, feel the sun. Give your skin access to the sun’s rays and feel the benefits. Not only does sunlight help provide vitamin D but it has been proven to improve mood. Whether it’s 2 mins or 20 mins- get outside in the am. 
3. Eat a nourishing balanced breakfast including protein, carbs and healthy fats. Start your day off right and feed your body the energy it needs. 
4. Movement- 2 min walk, a one hour class, 20 jumping jacks- whatever it may be get your blood flowing & release the feel good endorphins.

But then I look in your eyes, the way you need me and little do you know how much I actually need you. When I say “ I love you” and you smile right back at me bringing on a sense of calmness. The way you soothe so quickly just as I carry you & it feels as if you’re hugging my heart. The way you recognize my voice in a crowd and the way you stare at me no matter where I am in the room, bringing me a sense of peace. The way my arms are all you need, trust me that all I need is you in my arms. Little do you know my precious baby, I need you more than you need me.

Overnight oats • 1/2 cup oats • 1 cup milk of Overnight oats
• 1/2 cup oats
