We begin with a comprehensive assessment of your medical history, eating patterns, fitness routine, weight history, diet background, review of lab tests, medications, supplements, areas of concern, and overall health goals. Based on your unique needs, we design a personalized action plan to meet your goals. My coaching sessions will give you the 1:1 attention you need to succeed. I offer support in-between treatments as well to keep you feeling motivated, empowered, and confident.
We monitor progress through follow-up sessions. We work on overcoming challenges while celebrating your wins. We review your goals and continue on the journey together.
