Meet Shirlee

Shirlee completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from UC Davis and her Clinical Dietetic Internship through Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She went on to complete her Masters of Science degree in Applied Nutrition from Northeastern University.

Shirlee has a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management, Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management, and Treating Gluten-Related Disorders. 

As a Registered Dietitian, Shirlee has extensive experience in helping clients not only meet their health goals but to also maintain them. 

Educator, Supporter, & Accountability Partner

Nutrition does not need to be overwhelming and confusing. Shirlee will present topics in a simple and easy to understand way. Shirlee will work with you to help you become an expert of your own health. Through Shirlee’s 1:1 coaching session, you will be guided through an individualized action plan that will get you to your overall goal. 

1:1 Nutrition Coaching

Initial session begins with a comprehensive assessment of your full medical history, weight history, diet background, current eating patterns, relationship with food, review of lab tests, medications and supplements, fitness routine, areas of concern and short term and long term goals. Based on your unique needs, we design a personalized action plan to meet your goals. My coaching sessions will give you the 1:1 attention you need to succeed. I also offer support in-between treatments to keep you feeling motivated, empowered, and confident.

Follow up Sessions

We will work together to overcome any barriers and to celebrate your wins. We will monitor progress while we discuss habits, mindfulness, current challenges, and your accomplishments. Meal and recipe ideas will be provided to keep you on your path. Shirlee will teach you tools to become more confident and reach your health goals.
